The ingredients are
Durum wheat semolina, eggs, water, chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil; garlic, crumbled bran peppers, parsley, salt.

White lamb with potatoes

The white lamb in crust is the second par excellence of the restaurant of the Agriturismo La Dimora dei Cavalieri, with meat exclusively sourced from the farms of the family farm.

Ingredients
White lamb from the Canio Ricciuti farm, potatoes, homemade breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, salt, pepper.
